On Saturday, July 6, 2024, we had the privilege of joining The Rotary Club of Freetown Sunset in celebrating its 10th anniversary at an elegant fundraising gala. Our CEO, Leslie Gordon-Browne, a proud member of the Rotary Club, attended alongside the vibrant Gordon & Associates team.

On May 7, 2024, Gordon & Associates had the honor of participating in a special event hosted by The Institute of Gender Research and Documentation at Fourah Bay College – University of Sierra Leone, in collaboration with the Academic and Career Advisory and Counseling Services Centre (ACACS) at the University of Sierra Leone.
Our very own Leslie Gordon-Browne took the stage to share insights on two crucial topics: Interviewing Skills and Entrepreneurship. It was an enriching experience as he engaged with final year Bachelor of Arts Gender and Development Studies students at Fourah Bay College.
During the session on Interviewing Skills, Mr. Gordon-Browne delved into various interview types, the screening process, dos and don’ts, frequently asked questions, and crafting compelling personal introductions.
In addition, the presentation on Entrepreneurship explored the pivotal role and defining characteristics of entrepreneurs, accompanied by inspiring real-life examples.
It was truly a privilege to contribute to the academic journey of these bright students, and we look forward to more collaborative opportunities in the future!
On 19th March 2024, Gordon & Associates proudly joined the celebration of women’s empowerment as our female team members participated in the Energy Sector Women’s Leadership Initiative Training Course, organized by REASL.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Golda Williams, Executive Secretary of REASL, for the invitation, the REASL team for their flawless event planning, and the facilitators from USAID, Power Africa, and the West Africa Energy Program for delivering an impactful three-day program.
Our G&A women left the training feeling celebrated, valued, and truly empowered—ready to lead and make a difference!
